Technical Skills :
• Monitoring Network through NMS and troubleshooting the problems at Ist level (must)
• Hands on experience on Cisco routers series like 2800,1800,1900 and switches like 3750,3560,2960,etc(desired)
• Configuration & Troubleshooting of Leased Lines, ISDN lines, etc.
• Call logging & Coordination with respective ISPs till call closure
• Maintaining links Uptime/Downtime report on daily basis(Must)
• Weekly Backkup testing, config backup & maintaing reports(Must)
• To be working in rotating shifts (Ist, 2nd & 3rd shift)
